Dr. Rozga is the Managing Director and Head Psychologist at the BFDC. She has experience providing counselling services to clients of diverse ages and backgrounds in settings including private clinics, community services and schools.
Dr. Rozga works with kids, adolescents and adults and helps clients work towards making and maintaining meaningful improvements in a variety of areas of their lives. She uses approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy among other methods, adapting her approach to the needs and preferences of each individual client. She offers both individual and group therapy as well as family therapy. She provides parent coaching for child behavioural issues or emotional regulation such as child anger or tantrum management. She also offers clients coaching and mentoring for important life decisions, life transitions as well as the opportunity to pursue self-development to achieve life goals.Dr. Rozga holds a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University, a Master of Counselling in Educational Psychology, with a specialization in Counselling Psychology, from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada and a B.A (Hons.) in Psychology, with an undergraduate Honours thesis in Cross-Cultural Psychology, from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. She is registered with and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, a Full Member of the Psychotherapy Society of Hong Kong, a Graduate Member of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, a General Member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association and a Full Member of the Asian Professional Counselling and Psychology Association.
