Anoushka Sabnani is a client-centred clinician, who meets children and families at their level in treatment to help build self-reliance and confidence over time. She is formally trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) by the Beck Institute and uses a variety of different evidence-based intervention methods in her practice help children effectively navigate their emotional challenges. She collaborates closely with parents, offering support and guidance to enhance their child's emotional well-being.
In addition to her clinical work, Anoushka has experience in educational settings working with children across various curricula. This role has allowed her to work collaboratively with parents and teachers to monitor developmental progress and social-emotional skills.
