Now Hiring - Communications & Marketing Manager (PT)

The Communications & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing activities, contributing to strategic direction, and taking responsibility for monitoring practices and measuring success.

The Communications & Marketing Manager will develop/deliver comms strategies across the entire spectrum of comms disciplines including: media and public relations, business development and relationship management, internal comms, brand marketing, advertising, digital and social media, and design and production of materials. They will act as a ‘brand guardian’, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.

Skills Required
  1. Fluency in English and Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written skills, able to present complex information simply and effectively
  2. A background in psychology or experience in a relevant field preferred
  3. At least 4 years working in a marketing/communications role
  4. Familiarity with Wordpress and Mailchimp 
  5. Basic design experience for the creation of digital marketing materials
  6. Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to prioritize to meet deadlines, and take full responsibility for timeline and and quality of work
  7. A systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
  8. Ability to contribute to and work well within a team
  9. The ability to work calmly efficiently under pressure
  10. Is proactive and takes action, anticipating opportunities
