REALgirl Empowerment Programs

Empower a girl... empower the world

By the ripe old age of 9, the average girl will feel as good as she’s ever going to feel about herself. After that, her self-esteem starts to take a nosedive, from which she may never fully recover. Why does her self-esteem follow this disheartening trajectory? Why are so many girls and women plagued by feelings of self-doubt?

Drawing from more than 20 years of experience working with girls and women, Anea Bogue will be in Hong Kong in May to run a series of workshops providing both insight and specific action steps that empower people to help create a world in which the female half of our ‘team’ is consistently capable of thriving mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. To register to attend one of the workshops, please visit our emotional wellness partner, Mindquest Group's sign-up page or for more information on Anea visit www.aneabogue.com

Workshops include:

  • Educator & Health Professionals Workshop - Guiding Girls to Greatness: Creating Girl-Conscious Environments as Educators & Health Professionals
  • Student Workshop - Be a REALgirl NOT a MEANgirl Workshop
  • Parenting Workshop - Guiding Girls to Reach Their Highest Potential: How to be an effective parent to your daughter Parent Workshop
