Ben is a Psychometrician at the BFDC. He has worked with students with developmental needs for the last five years. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. Ben speaks and writes fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Ben received his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley (UCB). Prior to joining the FDC, he was an active researcher, working on a longitudinal study aimed at identifying risk factors and early interventions for students with developmental delays.
Ben’s current interest lies in supporting children and adolescents with learning differences to reach their full potential. Combining his commitment to reduce educational inequalities with extensive research into vulnerability and cultural influence, Ben provides individualized recommendations for caregivers who want to empower their children to develop a healthy and blissful life.
Ben can speak Cantonese, English, and Mandarin fluently. His linguistic and psychometric skills have complemented the assessment team with psycho-educational and psycho-legal evaluations.
