Alyse is an Expressive Arts Therapist committed to support adults, adolescents, and couples experiencing emotional and psychological distress to enhance their holistic wellbeing through creative arts making (music/art/drama/photography etc) and psychotherapy sessions. She provides individual therapy, group therapy and facilitates arts-based workshops.

Alyse was trained in psychology at Durham University, United Kingdom, and expressive arts therapy at the University of Hong Kong. She is experienced in working with individuals with subclinical and clinical mental conditions, which includes depression, anxiety and eating disorders. She uses a person-centered and positive psychology approach in clinical practice, and specializes in integrating acceptance-and-commitment therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion elements with creative arts therapy.
Alyse is also a Certified Associate Instructor in Pastel Nagomi Arts, a photographer, and a music enthusiast. She believes arts is a medium to communicate and express ourselves. With her background in psychology and creative arts. Alyse is devoted to promoting mental wellbeing at both individual and community levels. Some of her personal projects include the Global Bubble Parade Hong Kong.
