My Mind and Me, Being Worry Free

Description

This online course is suitable for students in Grade 6, 7 and 8 (Year 7, 8 and 9 / Primary 6, Form 1 and 2).

With the ups and downs of this year, students have had to deal with a lot of uncertainty and change. Research shows that due to the year’s circumstances, many tweens and teens have had to face higher levels of anxiety, depression, stress and other forms of mental discomfort.

Join us for a 4-day mental wellness program. Students will learn about the following:

  • Signs and symptoms of various mental difficulties and when to ask for help
  • Knowledge if they are struggling they are not alone and don’t need to feel embarrassed or guilty about it
  • Various ways of healthy coping that can be useful throughout life

THS -- $4000 for four days
