This online course is suitable for students in Grade 6, 7 and 8 (Year 7, 8 and 9 / Primary 6, Form 1 and 2).
With the ups and downs of this year, students have had to deal with a lot of uncertainty and change. Research shows that due to the year’s circumstances, many tweens and teens have had to face higher levels of anxiety, depression, stress and other forms of mental discomfort.
